Description
A master butcher's shop in its 11th generation. The kitchen team creates four steak varieties from individual cuts of meat: the classic beef fillet steak, rump steak, sirloin steak, and rib-eye steak. In addition, steaks from the coveted dry-aged beef are also offered, which is matured in the in-house meat drying chamber – which you can see at the entrance.
