80 Years of the Salzburg Advent Singing at the Großes Festspielhaus

To mark its 80th anniversary, the Salzburg Advent Singing presents the program “The Great Mystery” at the Großes Festspielhaus. More than 150 performers—musicians, singers, actors, and shepherd children—combine traditional songs and melodies with impressive theatrical scenes centered on Mary and Joseph. A moving Advent experience that highlights the Christmas story as a symbol of hope and confidence.
