Salzburg Trail Running Festival

Under the motto “Cityflair & Mountainair,” the Salzburg Trail Running Festival marks the end of the Austrian trail running season. For three days, varied routes wind along the Salzach River, through the historic old town, up to Hohensalzburg Fortress, and over challenging climbs to the hills surrounding Salzburg.

A variety of races and distances offer suitable challenges for different skill levels—all accompanied by breathtaking views and a unique setting.
