A very special Scottish evening awaits you: We are thrilled to host an exclusive tasting with the Isle of Raasay Distillery on August 26, 2026. Together with Potstill Wien, we’re bringing guests all the way from Scotland to the SalzburgerLand. A representative from the distillery will guide us through the lineup firsthand and share fascinating insights from the Hebrides.

Location & Cuisine: Hotel Gasthof Schorn
Our host for the evening is the historic Hotel & Gasthof Schorn in St. Leonhard. Family-owned since 1880, this establishment combines authentic Salzburg inn tradition with genuine hospitality against the magnificent backdrop of the Untersberg.

To ensure we have the perfect foundation for the whiskies, the price of €60 includes not only the tasting but also a true culinary highlight. The kitchen will serve us the legendary “Schorn Classic”: a hearty roast pork in its own juices with dumplings, followed by a traditional apple strudel. (Note: A vegetarian alternative is, of course, available—please let us know briefly when you register).
