Mill and bread baking

On the Franzl family’s cornfield in Embach, you can have a go yourself, and follow all of the processes involved around the healthy grains that we enjoy every day in the bread we eat. Visitors can try out being a miller and a baker. The flower is ground in the mill, and then used to make your own bread.

Useful information about making bread will also help you at home to get the right bread for your bread bin, or perhaps even to bake it yourself. The wonderful smelling loaves of bread are of course for you to take with you after your efforts.
